Reusable hot cold compress 15 x 26cm (blue)

Cold

• Place the compress in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
• Remove from the freezer and apply on the injured area wrapped in a Turkish towel.
• After use, place it back in the freezer.

Warm

• Boil water.
• Turn off the stove and put the compress in the boiled water for 8-10 minutes.
• Remove the compress from the water, wrap it in a Turkish towel and apply on the injured area.
• After use, let it cool and put the compress in the freezer for future use.

Microwave

• Place the compress in a container and cover completely with water.
• Place in the microwave and heat at high intensity for 3 minutes (estimated time for a 600 watts microwave).
• Remove the compress from the water.
• If it is necessary to reheat, do so at 30-second intervals.
• Wrap in a Turkish towel and apply on the injured area.
• After use, leave to cool and put in the freezer for future use.

Precautions

• The compress should not be heated without being completely covered with water.
• The compress should be watched during heating. If it dilates, the microwave should be turned off.
• Do not apply directly on the skin.
• Apply according to medical indications.
