Opsite Spray 240ml
Opsite spray consists of a water vapour permeable spray dressing. This product has the function of improving the protection of non secretory wounds from any contamination by bacteria and liquids. In order to avoid its maceration, it presents a high impermeability to water vapor and air. The spray has the ability to form a protective film that will prevent bacterial contamination. Besides, it reduces the risk of secondary infections. The application is very easy and fast and the product is waterproof. Each package contains 240ml.
Where to use
- It can be used in small cuts and abrasions, after the removal of points, in vaccination places.
Use
The product must be well agitated and reversed before use: - Invert and vaporize the site evenly at a distance of at least 15cm. - For best results, make several fine applications.
Removal
- Take off when dry or drop naturally.
- Specific products can be used to facilitate adhesive removal.
Indications
- Clean and dry superficial or surgical wounds;
- Fixation of skin grafts.
Contraindications
- Do not apply to children under 18 months.
- Do not use with plastic intravascular devices.
Precautions
- Avoid inhaling.
- Use in a well ventilated area.
- Avoid contact with eyes and tissue textures.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, flames and hot surfaces.
- Forbidden to smoke.
- Do not vaporize over a living flame or other ignition source.
- Pressurized container: do not pierce or burn, even after use.
- Protect from sunlight.
- Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Not prepared to be used with medication precautions.
- For external use only.
- Skin redness may occur when used with an iodine solution and covered with occlusive dressings.
- It is essential that adequate areas of a graft are left without spray to allow proper drainage of seromas.
- The product contains acetone, which can react with non-latex/synthetic gloves.
