The synthetic absorbable monofilament suture thread, with high tension, is indicated for tissues with a medium-term of healing, ensuring the coaptation of the sutured edges during the entire critical phase of the postoperative.
Indications
- Surgical sutures are indicated to suture the skin, soft tissues, and vessels during surgical intervention, video surgeries, and microsurgery.
Product Characteristics
Its composition allows a high malleability, providing a smooth passage in the fabrics and reliability in the knot. They consist of sterile devices. They can be monofilaments or multifilaments, absorbable or non-absorbable, coated or not according to the necessary period of the permanence of the thread, and also by the resistance and elasticity that the intervention imposes. The threads are sold in different lengths and diameters and are assembled in surgical needles of various sizes and shapes. They can be devices of single-use, depending on being properly discarded after the same.
