Mefix patch 5cmx10m
The Metafix adhesive is made of a porous, elastic, polyester non-woven (TNT) fabric, coated with a non-aggressive polyacrylate adhesive to the skin, providing a secure hold. It is protected by a non-stick, easily removable and pre-measured coating. The article dimensions correspond to 5cm x 10m.
Advantages
The porous structure of non-woven fabric ensures permeability to air and water vapor. The fabric is flexible, adapts well to body contours, allowing body movements after application. The fabric is not absorbent and provides a barrier against blood and fluid penetration.
The water-based polyacrylate adhesive is designed to be gentle on the skin while providing a secure hold.
The protective paper, easily removable, contains pre-measures at 10 cm intervals and has a perforated partition that allows its easy removal and application. Mefix can be easily cut, giving it the desired shape and size.

Mefix® can be used in a wide variety of situations where fixation is required, including fixation of dressings, compresses, catheters and tubes.
