Hot/cold Flexipac compress (20 x 35cm)

Instructions for use

• Bend the compress in half.
• Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds on each side.
• Unfold the compress and fold it on the opposite side.
• Heat in the microwave for another 20 seconds on each side.
• This procedure ensures heating inside the compress.
• For additional heating, heat for another ten seconds on each side.
• Wait 1 minute before applying the compress to the skin.
• Wrap it in a towel to avoid burns.
• Apply to the body for no longer than 20-25 minutes.
• For cold applications, put the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours so that it cools completely.
• You can also put the compress in ice water for 1 hour.
• Wrap it in a cloth.
• Apply to the body for a period not exceeding 30 minutes.
