Halibut ointment 100gr
Halibut is a medicine used in skin affections. Adjuvants for healing. The Halibut ointment is a medicine indicated in diaper dermatitis, first degree burns and in the healing of superficial wounds. Due to the presence of zinc oxide, Halibut is endowed with a regenerating action of the tissues and a protective, calming, astringent and antiseptic action.
Use
- In skin irritations (diaper dermatitis, irritations caused by prolonged exposure to the sun) where the skin is intact, you should put an amount of ointment that covers the affected part and spread the ointment, rubbing lightly.
- The applications should be done several times a day.
- As for superficial wounds, they should be covered with a dressing or gauze previously greased with the ointment.
- Change the dressing daily.
Do not use Halibut in cases:
- Allergy to zinc oxide or to another component of the medicine.
Side effects
This medicine is well tolerated. However, local reactions can occur: - Contact dermatitis; - Irritation of the eyes and mucous membranes; - Allergic (possibly delayed) reactions.
Preserve Halibut
- Keep at a temperature below 25ºC.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- Do not throw any medicine in the plumbing or household waste.
