Silkam® is a natural, non-absorbable, multifilament, braided and coated suture thread made of natural silk filaments. It is available in black or white versions, with or without needles.

Virgin silk is a natural, non-absorbable, multi-filament, twisted suture made of natural silk filaments. It is available in blue versions, with needles.

• Indicated in ophthalmic surgery for soft tissues.

The product is available in various diameters, from USP 6 (8) to USP 10/0 (0.2 in the metric system). They are presented sterilized in wallets. Silkam® is also sterilized in cassettes and sold in boxes with 6, 12, 24 or 36 wallets. Virgin silk is sold in boxes with 12 wallets.
