Askina transorbent is a sterile, semi-permeable, multi-laminar dressing. The dressing has the ability to keep the wound in a moist environment, thereby favoring the natural healing process.
Dressing construction
- Adhesive layer that adheres to the tissue;
- Contains hydrogel which has a high absorption capacity;
- With a foam layer that allows the formation of a smooth surface and provides protection to the wound;
- It has an external layer formed by a film permeable to gas exchange, and impermeable to water and bacteria.
