Askina Calgitrol Silver Alginate Dressing 10 x 10cm

Askina Calgitrol consists of two layers.

Composition

One of the layers is polyurethane foam and its function is to absorb the exudate from the wound. It has a matrix of ionic silver alginate which has a wide antimicrobial efficacy, preventing contamination by exogenous bacteria, and a matrix of silver alginate which aims to maintain the necessary humidity for natural healing conditions.
