The product respects the physiological functions of the skin, reducing the risk of skin maceration or removal. The adhesive and its composition prevent the release of residues and allow an easy removal, leaving no residues. In this way, the use of substances that can cause trauma to the skin can be avoided. The micropore adhesive is made of non-tough rayon fibres (TNT) and has high levels of breathability, as the texture of the fibres making up the substrate ensures the correct flow of air and oxygen. It provides excellent skin tolerance and a low frequency of allergic reactions. The adhesion rate increases over time, ensuring a safe adhesion for 48 hours, minimizing waste. The product is easy to unwrap, allowing fast use without compromising adhesive properties. Each box contains 6 units and the article dimensions correspond to 9,14m x 5cm.
Indications
The 3M micropore adhesive is indicated for:
- Dressing and fixation of tubes, probes and cannulas in patients with sensitive skin (neonatology, pediatrics, geriatrics, dialysis, etc.);
- For repeated applications.
