Iodopovidone dermal skin solution 10ml 100mg/ml

Iodopovidone is a dermal antiseptic, bactericidal and fungicidal solution that also destroys protozuaries. This product is indicated for the disinfection of skin, mucous membranes, burns and wounds. It is also used in prophylaxis and as an adjuvant in the treatment of infection in interdigital mycosis and seborrheic dermatitis. In nursing, it can be used as an adjuvant in the treatment of leg ulcers, as well as before and after surgical interventions with a bactericidal effect. Iodopovidone is indicated for the intissepsis of the skin and/or scalp. In conclusion, the use of this product is advised in the cleaning of hands and light injuries, as an aid in the prevention and treatment of skin disorders and in the hygienization of the body. It is exclusively intended for external use, avoiding contact with the eyes, and can be used on large surfaces. The product is available in 10ml 100mg/ml.

Contraindications

• Do not use on people with symptoms of thyroid disease.
• Not to be used during breastfeeding and in newborns.
• Not to be used in conjunction with products containing mercury.
• Not for use in persons with iodine hypersensitivity.
• Not to be used by better pregnant women without a doctor's prescription.
