The Cardiology IV Stethoscope has a tuneable diaphragm in one piece on each side of the headset. Designed for doctors who need a remarkable and versatile acoustic performance, this stethoscope offers more accurate hearing and a greater ability to listen to high frequency sounds. The dual-frequency diaphragm hood is intended for the diagnosis and treatment of adult and paediatric patients. Both sides have a one-piece diaphragm that is easy to remove, place and clean. The paediatric side is converted to a traditional open diaphragm by replacing the diaphragm with an anti-chill ring. The biauriculars adjust to the professional's head by squeezing or pulling the tubes apart and have greater resistance to skin and alcohol fatty acids, thus offering a longer life cycle to the instrument. They do not contain natural rubber latex and are free of phthalate-based plasticisers. Olives prevent noise from interfering with hearing, and they sit optimally in the ear. The double lumen tube has the function of eliminating the frictional noise existing in traditional tubes, allowing for auscultation with less interference.
